i want to make my own server for minecraft so i can play with friends. i want to have a server that allows me to put whatever type mod i want on it not just a mod pack like tekkit or volts. im willing to pay 20-25 us dollars for it every month and i also just need it to be like 20-30 slots for people.

if anyone can PLEASE tell me a good website that allows all that i just specified. Please and thank you!!

There are many server hosting websites but the thing is it depend how much ram you want for your website the higher the ram the more it will cost you.
