Microsoft are greedy and with the Xbox One, they are going to be squeezing all your money out of your bank accounts so, for me, I'm sticking with my PC.

So your saying it's solar powered or something? My 360 requires me to turn it on but I can still unplug it from the wall? You made no sense. If you turn it off and still think the "always on" feature is spying on you, simply unplug it from the wall. As of while you play well, that's a fear your gonna have to get over if you want Xbox Live over PSN.
