I followed the steps in the sticky on how to make your computer faster and it helped alot, but YouTube videos are still lagging, and Im not even watching in a high quality. Im pretty sure its not my internet because I can watch videos on my Xbox and iPhone without lag. Can anyone help me with my problem?

Is this a problem that has occurred after the computer was first bought or gotten?

If it is, then it's an issue, If it's always been like that since you've had the computer, It's a lack of Hardware, Nothing much you can do about it.

Has it occurred multiple times?
I know sometimes especially with windows 7, Processors on Shutdown and start-up fail to launch properly.

Try giving it a restart and if the problem still occurs, Check all of the video drivers and Flash drivers are up-to-date.

Check no unnecessary chrome addons are enabled (Assuming you're using Chrome).

Everything is working properly. I think its just because of my terrible laptop lol.

if you still are having the issue open your task manager and see if your pc is running at 100% and if it idles over 60 process's then you may want to go into msconfig and disable some stuff
