There isn't one, the only one thats expensive is IF Mata, and thats Because he's an 87 rated and the next highest rated RM in the BPL is like 83. The most expensive RM is Walcott at around 5-10k unless you want IF James Milner (20-30k)

There is also IF Mirallas at RM he is a good player

Use IF Mirallas. He's really quick, he has 4 star skills and he has decent shooting. Walcott is literally just pace, plus, when Walcott has the ball, he feels a lot slower than his card suggests simply because he has low dribbling stats.

Oh, thanks for the correction. I've never used him but I just presumed he had 4 star skills because of his godly FIFA 12 card.
