Almost anything can change even if it is incredibly unlikely, even if it is a 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000:1 chance in changing, it isn't by definition a 'fact.'

Single events in the past cannot change, which is why they don't apply, such as dates of births.

So what your saying is until it actually happens, it is not a fact? But isn't that a fact in itself? Surely this is all common sense, right?

Also this isn't really a conspiracy, when we usually speak of facts they have usually happened already, and are therefore facts, so to say fact don't exist is pretty damn ludicrous.
