My Monitor works perfectly fine, I can play on it all ok.

However, there's just one problem, when a smoke is thrown or something, I can see loads of red dots, I don't know if it's because of some of the settings or not.

These red dots appear at other times, for example, when I plugged my Laptop in to use it on this monitor, there was little red dots all over the screen which was really annoying.

I'm not very good with TV Settings, so any help would be good thanks!
