On iPad and laptop in house the connection is perfect!
I'm on gta on Xbox! Everyone else acts fine with odd lag, but people see me lagging all over and random things lag around!
How to solve!
I've reset both router and Xbox...

Whoever is hosting your game on GTA is lagging.

Try setting your Xbox the DMZ or forward the XML ports if you can. Otherwise it might be the disk or poor connection to the host.

That was a typo I'm on an ipad, I meant Xbox live ports
