The ranking up system is what it is basically the way that you rank up is like this. What happens is as soon as you hit the skull you have got that level. But that level has a secret that secret is that as soon as you hit the skull your K.D and your playing start to make a big increase on your level so if you have really good tactics or a good strategy but then you get around 10 downs in that game that makes that level balance but if you don't have a good strategy or tactic and you go down 10 times then its going to affect your level if you do good in both then that's when you start to rank up so i hoped this helped and thanks for reading/listening.
