is their any release for jailbreaking a iphone 4s with 6.1.3 on it ??
been looking all day and don't think their is would just like to verify this and how long do you think it would be before a release thanks

No, it is only for 4, iPod 4th Gen, and iPhone 3GS

They do not want to waste their time on jailbreaking such a small update like 6.1.3 so they will wait until ios 7 to release the next jailbreak.
