I have loads of patches that give me insane stats but I would like my stats to look some what legit, If someone can link me to a Mw2 Patch with Legit stats that would be great.

Why not just use an XRPC tool and then you can set your own stats and have it be whatever you want? But, if you want to use a .dll you could use any menu that has the Legit Stats option. One menu that I use is the Xx jAmes T xX Engine Text Menu. Not the best looking menu, but it gets the job done.
