Hey,
I know this will sound simple and stupid but... Will people with the xbox slim or older versions still beable to play/connect with people on the xbox one if of course they have the same game? And can would we beable to recover our accounts on the xbox one?
Thanks in advance

Everyone keeps bringing up the stupid DRM instead of asking good questions. I have been asking this question for a while and no one cares, they just want to be able to play used games. Personally I think this question is in need of a greater response, will Xbox Live be compatible across both systems? If I own Call of Duty Ghost for Xbox One and I have a friend that has it on Xbox 360 can we still play multiplayer together? Microsoft has done a great job with Xbox Live but making the two systems incompatible would be dumb because I know the Xbox 360 will have a huge group to play with online but I can't say that about the Xbox One. Just a small percentage will buy the console at launch and without Xbox Live compatibility the multiplayer for most games will lack players. Anyone have any info on Xbox One and Xbox 360 Live compatibility?

ATM i would say no, why your playing current gen games, with people playing the next gen version of the game which is suppose to have bigger multiplayer, and bigger worlds. so 85% no you wont but a standard gold trial will apply to both consoles which is a ++.

Thanks for the reply. The only reason I will be getting the xbox one is if the two xbox's are not compatable as the only games I play are cod. And I'm sure we will still beable to play our older games like bo1 still on the xbox 360 when the xbox one comes out.
