Just search your question on youtube, Just download a game save from modio & replace the Device ID & Profile ID with yours

You can do this with HxD if you know what your doing or you can just use modio.

just use Modio it has a mod tool for this game. the mods are kind of crappy though you'll need HxD and some knowledge in modding this game to do good things like specific car tuning mods and the LEDs and what not :p it takes a while to get used to but not impossible to learn!
