There is a promotion on the Xbox Live marketplace which allows you to download Fable 3

There will be Halo 3 and Assassins Creed 2 for free to come in the future

Clueless wrote All Xbox Live members can get it free. There is going to be 2 free games every month towards the Xbox One release.

It isn't a glitch. All Xbox Live members can get it free. There is going to be 2 free games every month towards the Xbox One release.
