I think you need Xbox Live gold for it to work. Just like the apps on the current Xbox 360 dashboard.

I believe so, nothing has been confirmed on the pricing of the TV service.

I think its free as long as you have a subscription too a tv service.

I thought you plug in your HDMI from cable box to your xbox the another HDMI to the tv.
