2 completely different programs bro?
-Adobe Photoshop is for photo editing/image manipulation.
-Cinema 4D is commonly for creating 3D text but is meant to focus it's theme on making 3D models and creations.
For video editing, go with Sony Vegas or Adobe After Affects

If you're getting back into graphics designing, I suggest just using Photoshop until you are familiar with it again, and then using Cinema 4D aswell.
Although, it depends on the level of expertise you have with graphics, in my case, I use both programs, because I do backgrounds for big clans.
Cinema 4D to make the 3d text/objects
Photoshop to add textures, use hue brushes, colour corrections etc.
It all depends on what type of graphics you're doing, if you're going for a more clean approach, you should just get Photoshop, whereas if you are doing backgrounds for clans and cod players like me, you should definitely download both Cinema 4D AND Photoshop.
Hope I helped.
