I keep getting a BSOD everytime i start windows normally and whenever i try to go into safe mode and restore my computer the BSOD shows up and i have tried the command prompts for system restore also but i cant seem to stop it from popping up.
Additional info: My computer has no additional installed programs because i restored my computer to factory settings before because of my computer crashing constantly
What should i do?

By the sound of it, it is a hardware issue and you are going to have to send it in for repair.
