I had PS1 and PS2 then switched to Xbox 360 and played on it for 7 years but the Rumours that Xbox One has surrounding it which have not been squashed is damaging to say the least.
The Price, no support for used games and online check-in are just wrong! and PS4 have done right by sticking with the consumer in tough economic times.
Unfortunately Xbox One has taken a huge gamble by focusing on something that gamers don't need and don't want live TV etc. PS4 has stuck to its roots and stayed very gamecentric.
Other than a couple of the exclusive titles like Ryse I really don't see any positives relating to the Xbox One.
I'm no fanboy of either console but Sony in MY OPINION have the upper hand and that is why my money is with Sony

Because of all the first party series for the Playstation, when compared to the 3 exclusive series on the Xbox.
Lol. Yea, the PS4 showed a mere 4 exclusive series and 10 indie games. The Xbox showed at least 8 of their 15 exclusive series at E3 this year, not including that trailer for a next gen Halo. The Xbox has always had more and, in my opinion, better exclusive games that PlayStation. I have both current-gen systems, and Xbox takes the cake when it comes to first party games and exclusives.

There's one incorrect point, the Xbox One does have support for used games. The most probable reason for having the 24-hour check in is to evade future piracy and to ensure security that Xbox Live has always had. They may focus on adding things gamers don't need, but that toesnt mean they have to use them.
There are still tons of first party and exclusive games available for the Xbox. And every gamer can play only games if he or she wants to. if you're not a fan of the extra features, good for you, just don't use them. It doesn't give you a point, invalid at best, for an argument that can be easily fixed.

Playstation-exclusive series:
- Uncharted/The Last of Us (Naughty Dog)
- inFamous
- Killzone
- LittleBigPlanet (Media Molecule)
- God of War
- Gran Turismo
- Resistance
- Tales of Xillia
- Heavy Rain
Xbox-exclusive series:
- Halo
- Forza
- Gears
(I would say Fable, but Fable sucks now)
There will be tons of exclusives for the PS4. Sony has better-first party studios, and it seems to me that many Microsoft's exclusives are made by other, non first-party developers. This implies that future games made by these developers will move to other conosles, like the Mass Effect and Bioshock series did.

Xbox-exclusives, including the ones you posted above:
-RYSE
-Quantum Break
-Titanfall
-Fantasia (Disney)
-Crimson Dragon
-Crackdown 3
-Forza
-Halo
-Gears of War
-Dance Central
-Fable
-Perfect Dark 2
-Killer Instinct
-Dead Rising 3
-Sunset Overdrive
The majority of the above are all by first-party developers.
Also, if you pay attention to the list, "Sony Computer Entertainment" is listed in the vast majority of PlayStation exclusives, showing how many third-party developers prefer the Xbox landscape over the PlayStation.

Go ahead and count up the list of exclusives for PS3, and exclusives for Xbox 360 as an example.

I was listing GOOD exclusive games. Crackdown sucks, so does Fable now. Dance Central isn't a AAA exclusive, neither is the one by Disney. Now, take out those titles, and with the rest, tell me the exact number of exclusives that are by first-party developers.
