First Open any size document

Next, choose the text you want to reflect, Ill just use the word, reflection.

Then right click on the text layer, and hit rasterize type, like so.

Next, you want to right click on the text layer again, then hit 'Duplicate Layer'.

Then drag it right below the original text layer.

Next go to Edit > Transform > Flip Vertical. It should look like this:

Next click the gradient tool and choose a white to transparent gradient.

Now, with the duplicate layer selected, click between both layers, hold shift, and drag down until where the text ends. It should look like this. (You can do this as many times as you choose. I prefer doing this about 2-3 times for the best result.)

Next with the the duplicate layer selected, change the opacity to about 30% - 50%

There you go, now you have your own Reflective Text.
