Make a new PayPal account , try adding that credit card to the PayPal account , go back to Netflix and choose the option where you pay with PayPa and finish checking outl. Then you can just delete the Paypal and you won't be charged after the first free month , it just won't work anymore.

If you have already used 1 credit card on an account, you can't usethe credit card again.
