Wait a week longer. I think the prices will be even lower after the TOTS when more cards are on the market (due to people buying packs). Also, I'd go with the second team. I've heard Hulk doesn't live up to his stats, and IF Palacio and Aguero look deadly.

Prices will keep dropping until the end of the game and the start of fifa 14 so i'd make a team soon otherwise you'll run out of time to play with it!

There wont be huge drops now anyway...
