Error with installing iOS7 beta

I updated my iphone 4 to the iOS 7 beta and while setting my iphone up on it, it sats its unable to activate my iphome . At the top right, it says "No Service"
Any help ?

You didn't do it right and you have to restore to an earlier iOS.

You must go back to ios 6.1.3 as that is the only one you can go back to. When I was on ios 7 on my iphone 4 it was so laggy. I recommend that you do not go to ios 7 because of this. Hope I helped.

Had the same issues yesterday, but my iPhone was never registered because it just came in (replacement)
I just called them up and they activated it. Your MEID could have changed. If you don't want to restore, try calling them up.
