i will buy the xbox i never liked the ps3 which i had and i wont like the ps4 so i stay with the xbox

i agree i download a game the other day on microsofth stores and tryed to play it and i was for a little while tell i got off the internet it pop a message up saying u must be connected to the internet to play this game and that made me mad as H E LL i thught it was wrong now they are taking used games away use softh wear and mor how **** stupit can microsft be and yes i do love them but it has gone to far taking away all of are rights for gaming im going with sony for now on im tared of xbox and there strict as s taking are rights away as a public gamer.

That's with some Arcade games..but i'm pretty sure EA, Activision and Ubisoft will do the same on the PS4..

The thing is there WILL be used games. People are just too stupid and believe everything they hear. You will be able to trade in and buy used games but it's up to the DEVELOPER, not Microsoft, to decide if you have to pay a fee, which you should because the developers are losing money. It's not like once you buy a game you can never get rid of it.

I knew there was some type of system, but I'm pretty sure games can only be tossed around one time, which doesn't bother me to be honest.

Either way, used games won't be what they used to be for the Xbox One, but as I said before, that won't bother me.

That's what is ridiculous.

You need a connection at least once every 24 hours to be able to play the installed games on cloud.

Everyone has their own opinions, but they shouldn't judge yet, they aren't even out.

I'm still going to get it though.

That's what is ridiculous.

They said that games can only be given once through MICROSOFT. Here's a quote "We designed Xbox One so game publishers can enable you to trade in your games at participating retailers. Microsoft does not charge a platform fee to retailers, publishers, or consumers for enabling transfer of these games." This goes for Gamestop, etc. It basically means it's up to the publishers whether or not you can do it. Since a game is liscensed to you it will have to be "activiated" again, so the publishers will probably charge something to do it, kinda like the online pass worked.
