I was wondering if it would be a good idea to ask Best Buy if I could trade in my iPhone 5 that I just got a few days ago for an older one in stock?

The reason is blatantly obvious (this phone is 6.1.4), but I'm concerned about whether or not they would let me do it and what I would say when they ask me why.

Almost positive there are no older os' in stock. Only because the iPhone is such a hot item they probably sold hundreds since io6 came out.

1. They wouldn't allow a trade.
2. They all are on 6+

There's a jailbreak for 6.1.2, and that's all I need. I'm just not sure if Best Buy would have any lower than 6.1.3. I know they are out there because my sister got her's the day before mine at Target, and she got a 6.1.2.

They also DID tell me that I had 14 days to return or exchange my phone soo....

iOS 6.1.4 and 6.1.3 have been out for a while now meaning that bestbuy wouldn't carry any on the old software due to such a high demand in that product.
