step 1 download modio and usb xtaf explorer sorry i dont have the links
step 2 go to your xbox and scroll down to your memory and click on your gamesave for mw2 click on your hard drive or whatever you use to save games and move it your usb
step 3 go to your cp and open usb xplorer an click under file open device go down to the bottom and click on it until you see savegame.svg then extract it to your desktop
step 4 open modio and drag in your gamesave to modio you will see mod file click on it and choose what you want, after this click save
step 5 go to your memory again and move the game from the usb to the hard drive
step 6 enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
also sorry only the infinite heal and no falling damage and super jump works in spec ops but everything works in campaigN!
