I don't look at clocks alot but when i play Call of duty i always see 69

I think it might be because you know the date 9/11 is significant so when you first saw it on a clock your conscious will automatically notice that time above all others.

I don't know why, but mine is 12:52. Every night at 12:52 my closet opens and it's very eerie.

As for myself, there was a point where I would always come across the number 23, but before I knew it, the number had seemingly vanished. In my opinion I think that it is coincidental, but once you notice a number the odd few times, your subconscious begins to seek out the number during everyday life.
