That is true but on the Xbox One when you buy a game (store copy) you have to license it to your account. And if you get that account banned you have wasted your money! its not like that on the xbox360

The reason they have done this and the reason for this to make CLEAR Obvious sense is because when you buy a game it register's to your account and then you can play it with out the disc , NOW What would be the point in moaning and crying over it when if your account's banned you cant go on it either way? ... Steam has this same setup. It seems like the One is trying to go PC gaming. Love how people complain about so much. All you have to do is follow the rules not that hard. Maybe you shouldn't mod.
