Will the be a good gaming pc and will it all be comparable together

I want it to play games like bf3 call of duty and dayz

That will play the games you want it to, but you might not get the maximum settings. Did you want to overclock that computer, because if you don't i'd drop the CPU cooler as the stock one should be sufficient.

I doubt ill over clock so ill drop the cooler and ill choose a bigger case for cable management
