If you go online with a jtag unplug your retail so if they ban all consoles of the ip your retail will not get banned. And to be safer dont use your retail till 24 hours after the ban.

why mod if your scared to get banned? if you know what your doing you can dual nand it and flash a unbanned kv on it and then retail unbanned.

Thats why you tell people to either PM you there gamertag or tell them to message you there gamertag over skype
