Do you need a physical to do weight lifting and conditioning ?

It depends. If you are weightlifting at a school then yes, but if you are weightlifting at a gym you only need to be 16 (at my local gym).

Depends on where you live and where you are doing the lifting/conditioning. My football coach lets us lift during the school year up at the weight room and we don't need one. Also, at my gyms you just need to be 16 and you can do what you want. I would say no.

I'm 14 and its for football it's just says conditioning and like weight training
