It should take you here after filling out the first 'Cant access my account' page:

Then select this:

If it is saying that the email is going to crazymadman12345 @ hotmail.com, then that is the back-up email account that is used for these situations. If you dont remember either of the passwords, then there is nothing you can do.

Then you skipped that when making the email in the first place. Really, they give you three ways to recover your account, and you can't do any of the ways? Im sorry, but you are probably going to have to make a new account.

You can try calling Microsoft Support to find out if there is any other way, but if it doesn't let you get on today, then it wont let you get on tomorrow, ya know? With all of the account stealers there are out their, they might be pretty reluctant to help you with that if you say, "Uhh, I dont know the password, credentials, or the phone number..." See what I'm getting at? Anyone can lie about that sort of stuff.

This happened to me a while back but I knew all my information..

you can just call xbox or do a chat online, thats what i did and it was an easy fix

it happened to me today to. it says my email dosnt exist.. so I cant change pass or anything.
I called Microsoft today and they said I need to create a new xbox live account if I want to play live. because my account dosnt even exist. (or in some cases, the email dosnt exist)

was it someone elses xbox befor yours?
