Both are GTX650Ti's and come overclocked out of the factory, the difference i can see is that the EVGA cards clock speed is 1071Mhz and the Gigabyte's is 1032Mhz. They both have the same memory clock.

So on paper the EVGA is the better card, but it costs more and has worse cooling than the Gigabyte. Also remember you probably won't notice the clock difference and its easy to bump it up anyway.

Factory overclocks mean nothing, so buy the card with the better cooler. I was going to say that the Gigabyte card has a longer PCB, which would be beneficial, but it seems the cooler just goes much further than the end of the board.

Also consider spending a little more on the 650 Ti Boost: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Dammit i knew i forgot to recommend that, it was on my mind too! I find the "blower" type cards as i think they are called not as effective as the ones on gigabyte cards. But i guess you trade off by having more potentially hot air in the case.
