500 dollars is pretty hefty for a lot of people including me. Going to have to save up. We will see if it's worth the money.

This is one of the most ignorant posts I've seen in a while. "effort"? It's afford. And it's not about affording it or not. What if you go on vacation and can't connect to the internet for 1 or more weeks? Then what do you do?

The Xbox One is not going to live up to any of the hype. Why do we need to pay an extra $100 for something that's REQUIRED? That's pretty dumb. And on top of that, it's still $60 a year for Xbox LIVE. Without LIVE, you won't be able to use any of the features on the One. But without paying for PSN you can still use Netflix and all the other apps, how is that even a competition?

I've been a Xbox supporter ever since the first Halo, but the Xbox One is the biggest let down ever. Maybe in a year or so when it's priced lower it may be worth buying.

Bro, you type in a wifi password once every 24 hours and guess what? You can play. It's completely free too! Just no multiplayer. Also, you can watch netflix for free. I can watch live TV for free while messaging Xbox friends or playing a game. I prefer the Xbox feature.

ALLLSSSOOOO, for the 100$, it comes with a Kinect and a 2nd controller (if you get the day one edition). The controller could easily be sold for 100$ if you don't open it and wait a year or so, when the controllers start to go away.

For all of the exclusives, features and advancements, 100$ is worth it. It's okay if you can't afford it, either weight or purchase a PS4. No shame in it, just don't complain.
