There where other ways of handling this problem without cutting off her fathers head. The girl should also be punished.

I think in some cases, the death penalty should be allowed. For instance, if a girl is raped and killed by a man, it should be the parents of the girl that should decide the fate of the rapist. In those types of situations, the death penalty should be allowed. I think that if someone commits a murder out of cold blood, the plaintiff should receive the death penalty. Just a little snit bit out my opinion

No matter what way she killed him, it would still be self defense(if she can prove her life was in actual danger). Cutting his head off was over the top though, she deserves a punishment, not sentenced to death though.
