Hello., I have 6.1.3 running on my iPhone 4, and I want to downgrade to 6.1.2 so I can jailbreak. I have the firmware for 6.1.2 on my computer, I also have the shsh blobs for 6.1.2 on my computer as well. Whenever I go into snow breeze or ifaith to build the custom ipsw, it always says the shsh blobs are incomplete and the app ticket won't work, is there any way to get around this? I have also tried using redsnow and once I select the 6.1.2 ipsw, it does a bunch of stuff and doesn't even let me select my shsh, it gets stuck on "waiting for device" . If you could help me, that would be awesome, thanks

No. The SHSH blobs for 6.0-6.1.2 are messed up because cydia didn't get all the blobs.

Could I use tiny umbrella to get them?

Yup. Then there is no way for you to downgrade at all.
