I'm looking for the best monitor I can get below $250 that runs at 1080p. I want to keep the refresh rate at 60hertz if I can because I don't usually get more frames than that on the games I play. I'll be running two of them side by side, but the price is only for one.

Also, the response time needs to be as low as I can get it (real time, not just rating)

Any recommendations?

Edit: I also need at least 2 hdmi ports for consoles and my pc.

Well I have a ViewSonic Vp201b 20" LCD Monitor.
Its a good price below 250$
And i have no problems with it.
I've owned it for over 2 years.

IPS (PLS), flush and thin bezel, matte finish, IPS, good gaming performance, cheap.
