honestly i recommend turning off ur web connection and then restoring ur pc to factory settings in other words wiping everything and i hope i helped and good luck man.

Restart your PC in safe mode and then download the program Malwarebytes. It's free, don't worry. Do a full scan and then delete anything that comes up.
