Microsoft's president of interactive entertainment business Don Mattrick explained in a statement, "The sharing of games will work as it does today, you will simply share the disc. Downloaded titles cannot be shared or resold."
Does this mean that i can share my games but if i install it to my xbox i cant resell it or its not usable right? like i wonder if u will still be able to install and not need disk.

No, if you install it you'll obviously need the disc.

I would assume yes. Since they said you can just give your disc to a friend to use that means that someone could just ship their game to every household in the world so everyone gets it free.
Obviously Microsoft would never allow that which means you'll need the disc to play it even installed.

I dont think you can install disc based games because they said you need to have the disc in the tray to play it now

Yes, that's precicely it. That's the tradeoff between DRM and no DRM;
DRM:
- You install it once and don't need the disc to play after installing
- The disc has special rights to only your account
- You need the online check (Piracy prevention)
Whereas No DRM (How it work's now on Xbox 360 and PS3)
- Doesn't need a Install
- Doesn't need a online check
- But you have to have the disc in the console when you play the game (piracy prevention)
