Right ive seen people with a ps3 and on the home screen at the top right corner it says the time, clock, Avatar pic etc and underneath they have a scrolling text type banner thing i was wondering how do i get this its bugging me please get back to me thankyouu TTG (Is it some kind of mod or something?)

im from the UK and i dont have it but i had a account from the US and thats how you get it it needs to be a US account
