Hello I have an ok pc but I'm having a little bit of frame rate issues could someone please walk me through the best and safest way to overclock the videos I watched couldn't help me

If your gonna overclocked to increase speed your gonna need a liquid nitrogen cooler witch is
about $4000 but if you wanna risk overheating your pc and cause the heat to damage your motherboard here

That is so incorrect its unbelieveable. No you do not need nitrogen cooling unless you want to break a world record. You can actually do it on air cooling or water if you prefer.

Which processor, cooler and motherboard are you using? Also what settings have you changed in the BIOS?

EDIT: Also overclocking will increase heat output, but thats why we use quality components and good cooling :bigups:
