One thing ive always wondered is why youtube dosent give you the option to make a works cited page or something for the music you post in your videos so that all credit will be given to the artist and then they could just make it to where it cant be monotized because restricting people to be able to view your videos through mobile is pretty stupid in my opinion but hey i guess its better than having it taken down

If you monetize your videos the person who made the song is not making money or is making less money. If you want Royalty Free Music there are a lot of websites that have them. Some of those websites cost money to get songs but some that don't are: Incompetech.com, Youtube Channels: Marc DTwo, SoundGlee, FreebieFM, RoyalTrax, I personally think a work cited would not be a good idea because companies don't care, you used their song your video gets taken down even if you don't monetize it, you don't have their permission.
