So where in the terms of service does it say that you can't troll someone that is waaaay too young to be playing it anyway. There is more of a reason to ban the kid because he is playing underage.

This is not "trolling" This is bullying. Trolling is making someone mad and pissed off.
Bullying is making someone cry or being mean to them to the point were they cry and start having thoughts of suicide.. That kid said he doesn't have any friends his parents are in jail and he is better off dead. That's bullying. The kid spent 20$ and whoever took him waisted there gas for them to just tell him hes not actually in faze. THATS BULLYING!
