I'm been playing gta 4 with my friends lately and we would join random free play games and people would have god mode so you can't kill them how can I do that ?

You get a Mod Menu with fun stuff Such as God Mode,Car Spawning/Customization,and some more stuff.

Iso mods only work on a jtag right ?

Iso mods only work on a jtag right ?
you can hot swap your ISO disk and the regular disk but that would require taking apart your xbox.
