So today I went to gamestop and traded in a few games and a Nintendo 3DS so that I could buy a new Xbox 360 because my disktray wasn't working on my old xbox. I've had the new xbox for a little over an hour and my old one's disktray started working so I called gamestop and asked them if I could do a return on the console I just purchased because my old console is working perfectly fine now and they said they can't do refunds only store credit, wtf that's $129 dollars down the drain and I'm stuck with a console that I don't need. Does anyone else think this is BS? I didn't even have the console overnight and they won't give me actual money back just their stupid "Store Credit"

I agree to a certain extent. They have their policies just any other store would. But I hear what your saying. Too be honest I stopped buying consoles or big products from them for this reason, I only Pre-Order games from them now. But they should change their policy up a little bit so they can keep customers.

It's your own fault for not just replacing the disc drive on the older console, whose warranty is expired anyway.

Gamestop is so gay honestly, i gave them my PS3 they offered 60 bucks for it lmfao. I took my stuff to the pawn shop got 170 for it.

If you don't want the console or store credit you can always give the console to me! but if I was you I would jtag one of them
