Thanks for your reply...I have reported this player a few time about a month ago when this started and yet he has continued to bully... So I've decided just to get him banned completely as Microsoft themselves haven't done anything a out the problem

Well if the bullying isn't taking place through Xbox live then Microsoft won't ban him. Why would they anyway? If he's not breaking the ToS then he's in no position to be banned.

I do however hope it's resolved....hate bullies so much!

microsoft receantly started viewing the complaints try calling the cops if it gets worser and just completly ignore him and if u revive a msg form xbox it will tell u if anything happend with his/her account NO on should deal with this

I would advise going on his / her gamer card and scroll down to "Block Communications" so that you or your brother do not receive messages or anything from him anymore. Also scroll down and select "Submit Player review" then click "Avoid" or "Ignore", by doing this you will be blocking him from joining your games or possibly even being paired up with him in a game.

Thanks for replying... I have reported this player about a month ago and was hoping Microsoft would do something about it but they haven't and so I'm just going to try and get him banned and need to someone to help with it

on here it reports them on xbox it sends a msg to xbox reporting him blocking is were u dont recive msg from him or her and they baciaclly cant contact them
