This is the release of the 16203 hypervisor
This includes the HV_16203.bin, HvDump.xex, and the challenges released in a previous release.

A few days ago i released the "Challenge Responses" (Credit For the Challenge Responses Goes To TEIR1plus2).

it's a .Bin so i'm guessing something that has to do with the firmware.
