So, earlier I was playing zombies and it lagged me out and when i got back on all of my maps are green, and I cant see my weapon or anybody elses gun. The green goes away as I play but my weapon is still invisible. I dont know how to fix it, please help

Install the disc to your hard drive ASAP. That happened to me the day the game came out.

Is it my disc or my xbox, because ive been having alot of trouble out of it here lately

It is most likely your disc.

Try some of your other games and see if it does it.

Even if it looks like there isn't a lot of scratches on the disc, there may be one on the inner circle, or if it's cracked it can cause the game to freeze and mess up, so I would say check there.

Now its saying ERROR: Downloadable content has changed, storage device has been removed. Could it be my hard drive because the other day my account disappeared from it and i had to download it on a flash drive then transfer it to my hard drive.
