It's not too late. A lot of people came back to Xbox because of making these decisions.

Nah. People who can actually realize what happened here will be more appreciative. They heard the community and changed it for their sake.

I personally don't agree with the change, but either way it makes them look better in the long run.

I was just uncomfortable with having a camera that watches me in my room that needs 24/7 internet connection

It always could be turned off.

The fact that it's always on, doesn't mean it's always watching you.
It's like saying laptops with a camera are watching the user always, phones with a front facing camera are always watching you or that the microphone is recording what you say.

Guess what, your phone is always connected unless you don't even have the ability to roam.
