So, whats an Xbox Community Ambassador?
Xbox Community Ambassadors are Xbox LIVE customers just like you who know their stuff, like to help others, and earn avatar items doing it!
Ambassadors can be found on the official Xbox.com forums, on Xbox Ambassador Chat, or playing on Xbox LIVE, offering help and how-to advice about games, the Xbox 360 console, Kinect, and of course, Xbox LIVE. Come join the thousands of Xbox enthusiasts who are already part of the Community Ambassadors program and make your fellow Xbox users experience even more FUN!
What's in it for YOU?
1. Earn avatar items by answering questions on Ambassador Chat. The more you answer & the higher your fellow customers rate you, the more you earn!
2. Track your stats in your Ambassador profile page and on the official Ambassador Chat Leaderboards.
3. Access to the Private Ambassadors Forum on the Xbox.com Forums.
4. An Ambassador Forums icon to sport your XCA pride.
5. Warm fuzzy feelings when you help!

What Is An Xbox Ambassador?
As an Xbox ambassador you answer all the questions that people have and you try to help them with the problem they are having. Kind of like a sidekick to an Xbox Support Agent. Xbox Ambassadors DO NOT work for Microsoft, they are just volunteers that like to help the community. By doing this you level up and can earn Microsoft points, avatar items and arcade games and MORE! You can receive questions on the AmbassaBank or on Skype, its your choice after you sign up. It is really a great program to be in!

What Are The Requirements?
1. At least 13 years of age
2. You have not had any Xbox LIVE Enforcement actions taken against me. This includes but is not limited to account and console suspensions and bans, Gamerscore reset, Gamertag forced name changes, etc. (I have had 2 or 3 bans, so they aren't that strict! Lol )
3. You need to accept the Code of Conduct policy 1234((
2. You have not had any Xbox LIVE Enforcement actions taken against me. This includes but is not limited to account and console suspensions and bans, Gamerscore reset, Gamertag forced name changes, etc. (I have had 2 or 3 bans, so they aren't that strict! Lol )
3. You need to accept the Code of Conduct policy 1234((

How Do You Answer Questions?
You have two options:
1. The AmbassaBank
2. Skype

How to stay an Xbox Ambassador
1. Stay active! After 60 days of not being active you will no longer be an Ambassador.
2. Be smart
3. Be courteous, kind, and professional.
4. Don't be rude back to a helpee when they are rude, mean, unpleasant etc. to you!
5. Use all the resources that Xbox gives you!
