No, but if you have them, then you're probably driving a POS Honda or Nissan.

If you're in the UK they're only illegal if they distract other drivers.
So, you're usually told to have red at the back, orange on the sides and white on the front for obvious reasons.
I just wouldn't have them all together as your are putting others drivers in danger.

It all depends on your state's/province's laws. It's illegal here because all the cops are dumb and think it's an illegal modification and people who do it are racing.

they are not illegal but you are pretty much asking the police to randomly stop you,if you get some then make sure your car is 110 percent legal
I had some on my civic type r but took them off for getting stopped too often.mine were bright purple neon ones though

In the United States in Ohio where I am, they are Illegal. They distract other drivers & most police do enforce that law shockingly since they don't enforce most drug charges anymore in my area.
