I read over the item and i think you will only get the cable. Even though there is a photo of the power supply i am not sure if you will get it. He may of wrote the title/description badly.

I have been using it a lot lately but am no expert. I would check your emails or go to my ebay/purchase history and fins the adaptor thing you bought. Im sure there is some kind of option/link to cancel the purchase. Look for a phone number or anything like that. If you need a reason tell them it hap a poor description. That's about it.
